All submissions will be considered in developing the Government’s final design of the NSW Energy Efficiency Trading Scheme.
Prior to the release of the Discussion Paper, a Stakeholder Consultation Forum was conducted by the NSW Government on Friday, 4 July 2008.

The NSW Government will conduct more detailed consultation on the Regulation and Rules for the NEET scheme in the second half of 2008, with a view to commencement of the scheme on 1 January 2009.
